INTERFACE, a pan India management fest, is the flagship event organised by the Department of Management, BITS Pilani. The fest has a long history and tradition of attracting and enthralling management students from top B-schools across the country. Interface is a 2-day extravaganza combining academic vigour and outright fun! Participation from the scores of go-getters and brilliant minds from across the country as well as our exceptionally talented on-campus students makes this event a highly vibrant platform to showcase the creativity of students. A melting pot of talent, Interface is an occasion that celebrate three decades of excellence and uniqueness. 

• The dedicated team of MBA students from BITS-Pilani ensures that the meticulous organisation of the convention creates a stage for a healthy competition on various management aspects.

• INTERFACE-23 (45th edition) was held with participants from elite B-schools across the country, during 22nd - 24th September 2023.

Community outreach initiative by the Management Association (MASSOC), Department of Management, BITS Pilani in Association with Pilani AtmaNirbhar Resource Centre (PARC) at Nirankari Satsang on Feb 4, 2024.

MASSOC conducted a single day session to interact and distribute merchandise to the girls of government school who have been awarded Udyan Shalini Scholarship by PARC, Pilani. Prof. Jayashree Mahesh's address to the students emphasized the importance of education in achieving one's dreams. Through activities on self reflection visual and maze games, attendees experienced the power of visualization in goal attainment. MASSOC's donation camp was more than just a charitable event; it was a celebration of dreams, unity, and the potential for positive change. By combining material support with motivational sessions and engaging activities, the committee demonstrated its commitment to uplifting underprivileged students and fostering a community that believes in the power of education to transform lives. As the day concluded, the lingering spirit of hope and joy served as a testament to the impact that collective generosity can have on shaping a brighter future for all.
