Eligibility Criteria for Ph.D. Admission:

Full-time candidates

60% or 6.0 CGPA or above in:

•  MBA 

Or 

• Two-year Management Program, 

Or

• Candidates having M.Phil. (Social and Behavioural Sciences)

Or

• Any Higher Degree of BITS Pilani

Part-time candidates

60% or 6.0 CGPA or above in:

•  MBA 

Or 

• Two-year Management Program, 

Or

• Candidates having M.Phil. (Social and Behavioural Sciences)

Or

• M.E/M.Tech in Industrial Engineering

Or

• Any Higher Degree of BITS Pilani

The candidate must be a working Professional.

Selection Procedure:

All Candidates shortlisted for the PhD programme in the Department of Management, Pilani Campus, need to appear in the following test(s):

• One-hour subjective test. The written test will be application-based in Business & Management to assess basic management knowledge and research aptitude.

Based on the test results, there may be a shortlisting of candidates for Interviews.

Financial Assistance

Full-time Ph.D. students admitted to the Ph.D. program are eligible for consideration for a fellowship of ₹37,000 per month, subject to the intake qualifications. Consideration for fellowship will be as per Institute norms, details of which are available in the PhD brochure on the admission website. It will be obligatory on the part of every admitted full-time student to undertake 8 hours (per week) of work as assigned to her/him by the Institute.
